Co-founder
Marek is a seasoned venture capital professional with over a decade of experience, specializing in early-stage deep tech investments across the EU and the US. For the past five years, he has managed investments for a corporate venture funds.
He has closed over 20 deep-tech transactions. Many of them have acquired global partners and clients and secured funding within A- and B-series rounds or achieved IPO.
His deep understanding of technology development and commercialization gives him good ground to advise startups how to direct their efforts and manage B2B relations.
Marek holds a CFA Charterholder designation, one of the most recognized titles in finance and investments, and connects it with his academic education concerning management (Warsaw School of Economics) and engineering (Warsaw University of Life Sciences). That distinct mixture gives him quite unique analytical lens.

Michal's investment perspective is shaped by his hands-on experience building and scaling tech businesses across multiple markets. A serial entrepreneur who co-founded and exited two AI companies, including BRAINHINT (133% CAGR, serving Carrefour, Siemens, Volkswagen), he brings deep operational expertise to portfolio companies.
He has led 50+ person multidisciplinary teams, overseen post-acquisition integrations as an M&A advisor, and serves on the supervisory board of Superauto.pl, a leading Polish fintech platform.
His deep understanding of AI integration, revenue scaling, and operational efficiency enables him to identify high-potential ventures and provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies.
Michal holds an M.S. in Finance and Investments from Rotterdam School of Management. Based between Europe and the US, he brings a global perspective to technology investing, with particular expertise in AI/automation, B2B SaaS, and revenue technology sectors.
